I have been training with Jason three times a week for the last two and a half years. He is a great trainer, creates challenging workouts, and pushes you to be your best! I have lost 20 pounds, increased my muscle mass percentage, decreased my body fat percentage, and overall feel AMAZING.

I love JM Functional Training! Jason Miller is a great trainer who cares about his clients overall health and wellbeing. The programs are tailored to each individual and every workout is different which keeps me interested. I train twice a week and I’ve notice improvements in strength and overall performance. After conducting a thorough assessment of your fitness level and confirming your expectations for training, Jason develops an individualized workout plan for you that is both challenging and enjoyable. I work out 3 times a week and always leave his studio feeling like I have done something great for my body. I have gained muscle mass and toned my body considerably with his workouts over the last 2+ years. The workouts are varied under his careful guidance, with consideration of any limitations you may have on a given day to ensure you put in maximum effort while avoiding any risk of injury. The studio is exceptionally clean and there is a wide variety of equipment to keep your workout interesting. Jason’s upbeat personality is another plus that makes working out a lot of fun! If you want to improve your health and level of fitness, I highly recommend JM Functional Training.

Training with Jason for the last two years has changed so many things about my life! I’m am 72 yrs old and not only has my strength improved but my balance has improved. I can do things that I previously struggled to do! It’s the first trainer that trained me without injury! The InBody Test breaks down your bone, fat and muscle mass. It’s great for tracking improvement. The hour goes so fast because every workout is different…not the old school, repetitious way! It is never too late to start… just get started!!

Jason's functional training program is an individual-based program which is data-driven. A new client is assessed on their ability and fitness level. All data is recorded and is used to determine what is to be accomplished in the next session. Sessions are multi-tasked and progress based on the individual client's ability. Each client learns the science behind the fitness program and understands how it affects them. I have been a client of Jason's for 5 years. He is a Certified Fitness Coach, is a professional, competent, loyal, and truly interested in each and every client he trains. Because of his competency and personality all his clients are very loyal to him and 'love their exercise program.

Jason has hugely upgraded my workout routine. Working out independently was not having the desired effect, and working out with Jason, with his functional approach and varied workout regimens, has created noticeable change in only about five weeks. Jason is reasonable and accomodating with regard to scheduling and price, but pushes you to your limit in the actual workout. He does not cut corners, leave his client to independent work, or start late/end early. I'd recommend Jason to anyone, regardless of fitness level, who is looking to ramp up their general level of physical fitness in a relatively short period of time, as well as in the long term.

Jason has been great for me. I was very skeptical about hiring a personal trainer. I have witnessed many and have not been extremely impressed with most that I have seen. I wanted someone who was professional, highly-qualified, and positive. Jason is all of those things and more. I have been with him for about six weeks and I started in very poor condition with various aches and pains/injuries. Working with Jason three times a week has been very rewarding. I have, with his help, worked through most of my issues and am really starting to enjoy our workouts. The improvements have been amazing in some cases. I am getting my confidence back and am starting to believe that I can get back into very good shape. Jason has a very hands-on approach and sets up a program for any ability and strength/conditioning level that is individualized to your needs. The workouts are very challenging and are constantly changing to keep it exciting even though you are working so hard. I can't imagine that there are too many trainers like Jason out there, I have an athletic background and continue to work in the field today. I wouldn't pay a dime for the services of most trainers. If you value your health and wellness, Jason is without a doubt, priceless.
